Confidence is a result. It’s a good reason to work hard. Realize that if I’m not confident in myself, I need to work that much harder.
Health vs. weight control. I have found some good foods to put in my diet, some of them go along with the weight loss, and I have just enjoyed them all along, like granny smith apples and v8. Lately, it’s been cucumbers. I haven’t had broccoli for a while, so I need to get some of that going, maybe make some more stir-fried stuff.
I like the positivity in the episode, and I’m going to try to put more of that into my thinking. What we put into our brains affects what we think, do, and feel. That’s an important thing to remember. Look around. Are there bad influences in your life? I want to be a better person, and awareness of who and what I surround myself with is an integral part of that journey.
