Being reasonable, having patience is a recurring theme in my diet and exercise work. I’ve been on both ends of each. Eating too much or too little, exercising too much or too little. You might say I am an expert at impatience.

I do think the work I did in 2018 was the best so far, and I did learn to lose weight slowly, and I kept it off longer than I ever have. So now I think it is a matter of improving yet more. But being an expert on impatience, well, it ain’t easy.
