One of the things you notice I’m doing is counting calories. I have not been doing this very accurately this time, and I need to have that done by the next time I do an episode.

That six-meal-a-day diet is completely contradicted by the most recent book I read, Eat, Fast, Feast. And I am trying the latter. I’m actually not religious about this stuff now. I think you can choose what works for you. So if a continuous intake throughout the day works, and you don’t see adverse benefits from it, do that. If keto and intermittent fasting work, do that. Whatever works for you, and I can tell you that we are definitely all different. The key is that it is a healthy choice, and you can see that by the results of a physical along with other indications such as how you feel.

So, do that or do this.
