Welcome to the 73rd in our series about ending the phenomenon of yo-yo dieting and weight loss and weight gain. We’re looking back at the banner year 2018 in hopes of gleaning some wisdom from our past success. The original title of this episode is “Running A FEVER 101”. I decided to make an episode describing what the Running A FEVER podcast is all about.

This episode has a good tip about High-Intensity Interval Training. I have tried it and I don’t find it pleasant. But it gets good results, and I will probably return to it eventually. The idea of “never too late” is an excellent motivator for where I am today. Another thing about this episode that I can apply today is how I define love. Love is something I do, not something I feel. So what I’m doing now is a result of the ACTION of loving my life. I do the healthy things because I love my life, not the other way around. And any success I have is a result of that action.
