Welcome to the sixty-ninth installment of our Shattering the Yoyo series. This time, we’re looking at episode 97, From November 21, 2018, recorded at Hobbs State Park.
My name is Michael Davis. I love my life enough to make it last as long as possible, and my goal is to live a long, healthy, happy, active life right up to the very end. If this is what you want, you are in the right place.
I think I would like to go to some of these locations away from the area where I live. I don’t know if I want to play the dead animal pelt matching game, but it would be nice to do some hiking. It’s like anything. Variety is the spice of life. I can get burned out on certain foods, healthy or not; as beautiful as it is, going to Lake Fayetteville exclusively can have a similar result. And there are plenty of places to go within 100 miles of where I live. Lots of beautiful state parks, you’ve heard me experience in many episodes that have come out in the past.
In this episode, I didn’t find any buried treasure, but I did have an experience I can treasure.
Small adjustments are easier, and if I continue doing the little things with persistence over time, the big results will come. I have started doing podcast episodes again, something that has been good for my health all along. And there are other changes I will continue to report as we proceed through the episodes to come. That’s what I’ve learned from episode 97.

Don’t forget the little things, the small adjustments, and if you have the fever, keep it burning, and if you don’t, catch the fever. I will talk to you next time on Running:AFEVER.
