It’s interesting to hear this, and I remember how good it felt to fit into those clothes. I felt pretty good, and you can tell I was really enjoying life, I was commenting on the beauty all around me, the spillway, the water, ducks, dogs.
So it’s not only the difference in my body and how that feels, but I’m not able to take those walks without hurting my ankle now. That’s more of an incentive to stay on track.
And I can almost feel how well the six-meal plan was working for me. Another reminder that I need to stick with what works.
It’s still early, and I don’t have all my stats down and the spreadsheet working, but I am keeping track of my weight and today I weigh exactly the same at what I’m calling my starting point, the first day I had an accurate weight, which was probably August 24. That’s also 4 pounds up from 7 days ago. But I am not really concerned as yesterday was my biggest eating day of the week. I still need to get my cheat day down to a cheat meal and make sure that meal is no more than about 150% of what a typical day might be.
Fitness department I am up to 15 minutes per day on the stationary bike. I also had my yearly physical, which I recommend to everybody. But I don’t have results yet so I’ll speak to that probably in the next episode.
