Title: The Economics of Weight Loss
I want all my international listeners to know how much I appreciate them. Some of these are Australia, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates, all of which I have visited. I also appreciate subscriptions, likes/dislikes, and views on YouTube. If you give me direct feedback via a comment or email, I will read it and respond if possible.
It is sometimes easier to manage weight loss as if calories were money. Say you burn 2500 calories a day, the average for an American man.
